Empowering Youths, Sustaining Communities”, as their mantra, OEAC Network was initiated in the year 2020. We are an independent organization dedicated to leadership development and capacity building of youths. We work on engaging youths in learning and utilizing their skills, and in due course providing them intellectual and prescient means. ON envisages networks for youths to exchange their ideas, knowledge and goodwill across borders and become a responsible global citizen.

Brain drain has been a stumbling block in the development of Afghanistan. Yearly, large numbers of youths fly abroad in the name of the study, work and settle down there with the expectations of a high-class life. Thus it is imperative to provide youths with the opportunity to grow, let them put forward their effort and bring innovative ideas. We want to make sure the voices of the youths are heard to the right audience bringing about the positive change. Thus, we work on diverse network of youth to help make a difference in collaborative manner. .

ON is borne out of dreams we dared to see, visions we risked to envisage and aspirations we hold. We were curious to see what lay in the oblivion; we took the challenge and treaded on unchartered territory because we could not wait for opportunities to knock on our doors. Impelled in the vast world of obstacles, little by little, we created opportunities for ourselves and for youth like us. Our doors are open for youth brimming with energy and creativity determined to break stereotypes and explore the possibilities this global world has to offer.
