- Secondary school certificate or above
- No prior Chinese language requirement for a one-year programme
- A short study plan in Chinese or English

How to apply. Applications go to the awarding body — Center for Language Education and Cooperation — through the official page below. There is no application fee, and OEAC does not charge one.
