Yes. Creating a student account and contacting verified advisors is completely free — there are no fees and no hidden costs.

Register a free student account, then browse advisors by field or country. You can send messages and request appointments directly from your student dashboard.

Apply through the advisor registration page. We verify every application before activating the account, so please include your university, degree and areas of expertise.

Use the Donate button in the navigation or the donation panel on the community services page. Donations fund education, healthcare, water wells and food distribution.

We currently operate across 12 provinces: Kabul, Herat, Balkh, Kandahar, Nangarhar, Badakhshan, Bamyan, Kunduz, Ghazni, Helmand, Takhar and Parwan.

Submit the volunteer application form. Volunteers receive training, certification and letters of recommendation.

No. Every platform OEAC Network operates — the digital library, Academy courses, educational advising and the blood donation service — is free to use. Advisors are volunteers and are never paid by students. If anyone asks you for a fee on our behalf, please report it to us.

Education 34%, clean water 24%, food and emergency relief 20%, healthcare 14% and operations 8%. Our accounts are audited and the breakdown is published in the annual report, so you can see where the money went rather than take our word for it.

Yes — and many of our advisors are. You can volunteer remotely as an advisor or mentor, review documents, run an online workshop, or donate. Advisors based at universities abroad are especially valuable because they know the admission process first-hand.

The site caches its pages after your first visit, so returning to a page you have already opened works even when the connection drops. You can also install it to your phone home screen from your browser menu.

Yes — but they must use different email addresses, because each account is identified by its email.

Yes. Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing, and we never share your details with third parties without your consent.

Donations are directed to the programme you select — education, healthcare, food packages or water wells. Our annual report documents how funds were applied.

Yes. Email info@oeacnetwork.af with the date and amount of your pledge and we will issue a receipt.

Yes — computers, books, medical supplies and equipment are all welcome. Contact us to arrange logistics.

Nothing. OEAC advisors volunteer their time and all guidance is free for registered students.

Every applicant supplies their university, degree and areas of expertise, which our team checks before the profile goes live and receives a verified badge.

Advisors support scholarship applications, motivation letters, documents and interview preparation. Visa processes themselves are handled by the receiving institution and relevant authorities.
